Leslie Brooks is a songwriter and recording artist whose eclectic vocal style spans soulful ballads, country blues, folk, Americana, and jazz. A seasoned performer and accomplished guitarist, she has traveled the U.S. and abroad, weaving her experiences into heartfelt songs. Her latest album, Breakdown, explores her Appalachian roots and is featured on Project SW Artist Portraits, a PBS series on YouTube. With six records to her name and a history of acclaimed performances, Brooks continues to craft music that resonates with authenticity and deep storytelling.
